First We Will Setup The Task Bar Located At The
Bottom Of Your Desktop or Monitor Screen
Called The Navigation Bar
Next Right Click Your Task Bar In A Bare Area
The Tool Bar Menu Should Apear Like
Picture Below Remember
To Right Click
Task Bar
Look At This Picture Read What Is On It
Now Relax And Grasp Your Mouse
On Both Sides About
The Middle
Using Your Thumb And Second Smallest Finger
Do Not Toutch The Buttons With Your
Other 2 Free Fingers Just Yet
Move The Mouse Around And Watch It Move on
The Screen Called Your Desktop

Now Back To The Task Bar Right Click It Go Up To Toolbars
Do You See Desktop And Quick Launch Are They Both
Checked If Not Do So Now
This Is What You Should See On The Taskbar Now

AVG Free This Is All I Use We Will Go To AVG For Free
Read Instructions Below Before Clicking Oarnge Download Button And Page

Left Click On Download Now Buton And This Box Below
Will Apear Left Click Save
Then This Box Below Will Apear Left Click Desktop On Left
Then Left Click Save At Bottom Right
Then This Box Below Will Apear Put Check In
Do Not Click The Cancel Box Or Close Web Page Untill
Download Is Finished It Will Disappear On Its Own
OK Now Go Back Up And Left Click Oarnge Download Button
And Follow These Steps
Leave Web Page Open Till Download Finishes Then Close
Web Page And Come Back Here
Next We Will Install Your Avg Free Edition 7.5.488 On Your
Computer Following These Steps Below
You Should See A Icon That Looks Simular to This
Icon 
On Your Desktop This Is The Installer.
Now Left Click It This Box Below Will Apear Put Check In
Then Left Click Run
Now You Are At The Welcome Box Left Click Next
You Are Now At The Licence Agreement Box Left Click Accept
Then Left Click Accept On The Acceptance Notice
Your User Name And Licence Number Should Be Listed
Below You Can Leave Company Name Blank As It Is Not
Required Now Left Click Next
Leave The Destination Folder As Is And Left Click Next
Leave The E-mail Scanning As Is And Left Click Next
Now On The Installation Summary Box Left Click Finish
On The Installation Compleated Box Left Click Ok
You Should Now See The AVG Icon By The Time In The
Notification Area
